Interesting to read your procrastination loop. I suffer from a similar inability to concentrate. Right now I'm scrolling through your Substack and listening to experimental rap music instead of working my assignment that's due in 2 hours. I start adderall next week, hopefully that'll cure me.
From my experience, Adderall might give you better concentration for the 2-4 hours while you're on it, but you'll have worse concentration and mood the rest of the time.
