Very interesting ā€“ thank you for sharing. Loosely related, but Iā€™m curious about your take on the efficacy of drinking chlorophyll water?

Thank you for reading.

I don't have a take on that.

This is so interesting. Morely Robbins' Root Cause Protocol hails copper and Vit A as the cure for like, everything, and iron and vit D as the devil. Not sure what to believe yet. What are your favorite sources of nutritional info? i just try to eat a whole foods diet in accordance with my desires. Often that includes liver, if i don't have liver around menstruation I become a vegetable. I'm overall very healthy but have dealt with acne since coming off the pill (hormonal bc) a decade ago, no other menstrual or PMS symptoms. I wish the world we lived in wasn't so toxic so I wouldn't have to play detective. GAPS diet cured my acne for a bit but it came back when I went off of it. Luckily it cured my intersitial cystitis for good.

Really intriguing, thanks for sharing results!

Curious - do you use standard, off the shelf roll-on deodorant? I haven't looked into it too deeply but I've seen "Aluminum-free" on packages, leading me to believe it could potentially transfer aluminum sub-dermally?

I don't use deodorant and I don't seem to smell. From what I can tell, it does transfer aluminum and other toxins. If I did use deodorant, I'd just use diatomaceous earth. I use this on my crotch sometimes to dry it.

I think the black bars are meant to show you which percentile of test results yours land in. A point would work, also, since each one just represents a single number.

Ah, I think I understand now. So the far right, where the bar ends, is where Iā€™m at.

Exactly!

This works for the toxic metals, but not for the essential mineralsā€”why are the bars different lengths?

I think that one end of the line is always at 50%, so the readings for which you have less than average results show up on the left side of the line. You're in something like the 40th percentile for Germanium, for example.

I could be wrong. The more I look at it, the more I'm confused by their choices.

I think I get it now. Thanks for your help.
