Is there a brand of high-silica mineral water you recommend? Do you order it online? I’d love to see at some point a sort of “Amazon list” of items you have used for your healing/detoxification journey.
Fuji is widely available and very high in silica. It has the negative of being in plastic, but it still seems worth it if you have high aluminum.
I use Hawaii Volcanic Water which is widely available here in Hawaii.
